Dear Lord,

Teach me to use my words to bless and empower others.
To give words of praise, encouragement and courage.

Ephesians 4:29
Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.

1)If I think is good, tell them!
Proverbs 3:27
Do not withhold good from those who deserve it, when it is in your power to act.

2)Don't use positive words for flattering or for my own gain. Don't manipulate and be genuine in my compliment.

Romans 16: 17-18
I urge you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Keep away from them. For such people are not serving our Lord Christ, but their own appetites. By smooth talk and flattery they deceive the minds of naive people.

Ephesian 4:25
Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to his neighbor, for we are all members of one body.

3) Be generous in pointing at ppl's good quality. Think about the wonderful things of ppl, be positive=)

2 Corinthians 9:11
You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God

Philippians 4:8
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
