when i am sick they also cooked dinner and soup for me. the ABC soup (corn, potato and carrot) super nice, like the one at home.

monday is lecture.is on peri-op and post op care. attended 3 hours of lecture. also, two Singaporean came and approach us. they are doing their PHD here in Penn Nursing! so cool lar, they tell us more about Penn, advice us and they showed us around Penn. one of them even treat us lunch! thanks man! i wasn't feeling well that day so we left early. she gave me some medicine she got from Singapore and then we went on separate way. that day i was really sick so went home and sleep the whole day.

tuesday is boot camp, there are 7 stations and we have to complete all stations. all the stations teach different stuff and will prepare the students to go for their clinical. the stations includes eg. physical assessment, I/V, body mechanics, hospital personnel, standard precaution, vital signs, documentation. this is to familiarise the student with the skills and the hospital before they are out for clinical. is really useful and help to recap and reinforce the impt points b4 clinical officially starts on thurs. then after class, we went home to watch drama.

today, went for lecture, 3 hours class. nothing much learnt about pain assessment and alcohol dependence. after class we went to buy lunch and had lunch outdoor with nature. the weather is good today. cooling! really nice weather. after lunch, we went to shop at places around Penn. i bought some stuff:) so happy! then we went to Fresh Grocer to buy grocery (is a big supermarket) we took the Penn bus home. the ride is less than 5 mins. if we walk it will take us 20mins. but the bus is onli avaliable after 6pm. so reach home about 6 plus, eat, drama, blog, bath, sleep.

we got hot chocolate and there is a fortune biscuit. there is a note inside the biscuit. mine says " Simplicity and clarity should be your theme in dress." i agree man! haha.
